Shipping Policy:

We pride ourselves on providing excellent turnaround times on our orders. Most orders shipping to the United States and Canada, will be sent out the same day if order was placed before 5pm (PST) using the option of USPS or UPS.

The checkout process on www.snapliquids.com, features built-in shipping options in real-time and true to the cost of the order. Each order placed with Snap Liquids receives an email confirmation. If you need to place a customized order or have need assistance with shipping options, we invite you to contact us.

Shipping options:

  • USPS First Class Mail “snail mail”: approximately 2-7 business days in transit
  • USPS Priority (standard shipping):  approximately 2-4 business days in transit
  • USPS Priority Mail Express: approximately 1-2 business days in transit

  • *  USPS service days: Monday - Friday (excludes holidays)

    Please keep in mind, USPS doesn’t provide complete tracking information for orders with First Class Mail, however; Snap Liquids purchases a delivery confirmation number (at our own expense), to confirm your order was successfully delivered. Large quantity orders are shipped via FedEx, which provides a sophisticated tracking system. Once the order is packed, Snap Liquids automatically sends the tracking information via email.

    ***Note*** For any reason, if the tracking information displays “Not Found”, please allow until 7pm (PST) to update on the tracking website (USPS, UPS, FedEx). Once the courier picks up the package, the tracking information will be updated.

    Late Shipments:

    Snap Liquids doesn’t guarantee transit times and shipping fees are nonrefundable. The shipping options listed are guaranteed directly through the shipping carrier with some exceptions such as weather delays and failed delivery attempts. If you seek additional information, we urge you to contact the carrier directly. For any reason, the shipment was late due to service failure, please file a claim with the shipping carrier.

    When Will My Package Arrive?

    Snap Liquids features a rapid ordering process with same day shipping for orders placed Monday - Friday before 5:00pm (PST) (excludes holidays). If you desire to obtain a guaranteed delivery date, please choose an upgraded shipping option.

    Saturday Delivery:

    Snap Liquids operates from Monday - Saturday. To ensure your order arrives on Saturday, please place your order before 5:00pm (PST) on Thursday, so the shipment is out on Friday (depending on shipping option chosen).
